  • Regular Registration: $130 (before May 28, 2024)
  • Late Registration: $150 (begins May 28, 2024)

  • Exhibitor Registration: $225 (This price includes the exhibit space and 2 Attendees)

Exhibitor Registration and Payment deadline is June 3, 2024.  

  • Registration does NOT include hotel reservations; please find information in your confirmation email or on the district website.  
  • Cut off date for hotel: June 5, 2024 
  • Cut off date for meals: June 15, 2024

If registering on or after June 5, Michigan District's hotel option will not be available.  If registering after June 15, meal options, T-Shirts & all other merchandise will no longer be an option to purchase, and the Late Registration fee will apply.

Servant Events - Friday, June 28

FIRST SHIFT-12:00 to 1:30 pm, SECOND SHIFT-1:30 3:00 pm & THIRD SHIFT-3:00 to 4:30 pm

  • Assembling Binders - Assembling church worker binders for your favorite church worker!
  • Marking Bible Covers - Marking soft cover Bibles for those in need.
  • Non-Slip Socks - Making homemade non-slip socks for nursing home residents (Wellspring).
  • Cutting fabric for sewing kits for refugees (POBLO)
  • Assembling Braille books and Large Sized Print material (Lutheran Braille Workers)


Choose the shift you think will best fit your schedule. If for some reason plans change, it's OK! You don't need to notify/edit, just come to another shift! It's just a guide to help us determine participation at each shift.

If attending the servant event delegates should NOT select shift two.

All Servant Events will be held in Vandenberg A & B

Additional Questions

  • Will you need to rent a mobility device while you are at Convention? You will be contacted by a convention representative regarding cost and availability.

  • Will you be using a mobility device at Convention in which stairs might pose an issue (walker, cane, etc.)?

  • Will you need large print material at Convention?

  • Will you need a Deaf Interpreter at Convention?

  • Do you plan to read your 100 page Convention Manual and keep it to remember how much fun you had at Convention?


We are requesting this information to assist with our plans to determine how many convention manuals to print.  They cost about $10 each and we don't want to waste mite money.

  • PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND RELEASE FORM
    The purpose of this Participant Acknowledgement and Release Form is to identify each person (a “Participant”) who wishes to volunteer with the Lutheran Women’s Missionary League (“LWML”) or participate in LWML-sponsored activities. As a condition to becoming a Participant, LWML requires each person to release LWML from any responsibility for his/her safety and well-being when volunteering for LWML and while participating in LWML-sponsored activities.

    Further, the Participant, by signing this document, gives permission for the LWML Michigan District to use any photographs taken at the convention of him/her to be used in publications and electronic presentations generated by the LWML for publicity or archival purposes.

    ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND RELEASE
    I understand that to become a Participant, LWML requires me to acknowledge and agree that LWML assumes no, and disclaims all, responsibility for my safety and well-being while acting as a Participant in consideration of LWML permitting me to be a Participant:
    a. I acknowledge and agree that LWML is an auxiliary agency of The Lutheran Church (Missouri Synod) and cannot and does not accept any (and expressly disclaims all) responsibility for my safety and well-being while being a Participant;
    b. I release LWML, its directors, officers, employees and agents from all claims, demands, actions or causes of action that I may have, now or in the future, relating to or resulting from any illness or injuries (including death) suffered by me or my possessions while being a Participant;
    c. I consent to any medical treatment that LWML (or any of its authorized representatives) deems to be necessary or appropriate in the event of my illness, accident or other medical emergency, and I accept full financial responsibility for any fees or expenses relating to this treatment; and
    d. I consent to allowing the LWML to use any photographs taken of me while participating in this Convention to be used in publications generated by the LWML Michigan District for publicity and archival purposes



CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be received in writing via email to BOTH Candie Sionkowski and Crystal Milutin to determine refund amount, if any. If a refund is approved, it will be sent via check payment.  Email cancellations to [email protected] and to  [email protected].
