Upon arrival to convention, make your first stop the registration table to pick up your name badge and convention bag. On-site registration also available. Registration desk is open Wednesday, June 25, 5–8 p.m.; Thursday, June 26, 7 a.m.–7 p.m.; Friday, June 27, 7 a.m.–2 p.m.; Saturday, June 28, 8 a.m.–2 p.m.

Closing worship occurs immediately following the morning meeting, and usually ends around noon. Time is dependent upon convention business. Pre-ordered boxed lunches are available for pick-up following the close of the service.

Q: Where can I obtain information about the convention?A: Complete convention information is available in the 2024 winter issue of the Lutheran Woman’s Quarterly (LWQ) and on the LWML website: lwml.org/convention. Issues of LWML eNews will also contain convention information. If you do not currently receive eNews, you may subscribe at lwml.org/stayintouch for this free virtual publication.
Q: How much does it cost to register for convention?A: Regular registration is $185 for the first (primary) registrant; spouse registration is $125; child registration is $0. One day regular registration is $125. Late registration increases to $235 on or after May 1. The registration fee includes admission to all convention sessions, evening programs, and exhibit hall. Meals, optional activities, and kid's camp are extra. Hotel and transportation costs are not included.
Q: How can I edit my existing registration if I have changes?A: Your confirmation email contains a link to set up a log-in for your registration details. Once you have a log-in set up, you may use the "login" link in the upper right of this page to edit your registration. If you need to edit your registration after online registration closes on June 1, you will need to contact [email protected] to see if the LWML Office is able to make the edit.
Q: How do I book my hotel room?A: Once your registration is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with the hotel/housing link to book your room.
Q: What transportation options are available between the hotels and airport, and between the hotels and the convention center?A: Plan your transportation to and from the airport in advance. A few of the contracted hotels have airport shuttles, but many do not. A taxi, Uber, Lyft, or rental car are other options. A daily trolley is available at certain times between select hotels and the convention center. See transportation details in the convention insert of the 2024 Winter issue of the Lutheran Woman's Quarterly, found at lwml.org/convention.

President Eden Keefe Meets with first-time convention Participants to share the mission impact of Lutheran Women in Mission. President Eden will encourage you to “grow with me — in prayer, in anticipation, and in Christ.”
Jeff Craig-Meyer, President of Lutheran Hour Ministries (LHM) United States Ministries, will explain how LHM reaches individuals with the Gospel message more than 150 million times each week, as well as the mission impact of the LHM outreach programs is felt around the world.
Rev. Craig Muehler and Rev. Steve Hokana, Chaplains serving in the LCMS Ministry to the Armed Forces, will speak of the mission impact being made through supporting our military and their families as we acknowledge their service to our country.
Linda Gage and Carol von Soosten, LWML Gift Planning Counselors, will inspire and encourage us to share our faith, bless our families, and make a lasting mission impact on ministry through charitable gift planning.
Rehema Kavugha, Director of Synod Relations for the Lutheran Church Extension Fund (LCEF), will discuss the focus of LCEF which is to provide church workers and congregations the opportunity to impact mission and use the financial gifts God has given them to share the Gospel with others.
Lunch with My Friends provides a room for participants to have a chance to relax and enjoy a meal with new and old friends alike. While there is no speaker assigned to this luncheon, participants are encouraged to share their thoughts on how the work of the LWML impacts the mission of the church.
I will not be attending a Friday luncheon.

Registrations received after June 1, 2025 will be handled as on-site registrations. Catered meals will not be available.
